Art4Life Art Therapy kicked off the first Art Walk of 2025 with an “exciting and enriching experience” in Muizenberg, on Friday February 22.
This area is known for its “creative energy and eclectic charm,” said Kenneth Alexander, founder of Art4Life based in Seawinds.
“The event brought together all of the program’s dedicated mentors and participants as we explored the rich art scene and local culture that Muizenberg has to offer. Our first stop was at Gavin Larkin Gallery and he inspired our kids so much. We went on to Palmer Road and went to some of the beautiful places including Studio 62, Blue Priest, Studio 21, Roots Bar and Studio,” said Mr Alexander.
He said they will be having a community art exhibition at the end of the year at Coniston Park Community Centre. If anyone would like to donate art equipment or assist Art4Life to make the expo a success, contact Mr Alexander at 063 176 3461 or email kalexander.om@gmail com
