Open-air movie night

Watch Rise of the Guardians at the South African Bone Marrow Registry’s open-air movie night fund-raiser at Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, on Monday December 18, from 6pm, in aid of the registry’s assistance programme for those unable to cover donor-related costs associated with transplants. As part of a Black Friday special, valid until Friday November 17, tickets will cost R126 for an adult, R261 for a couple, R441 for a family of four and R76.50 for children aged 5 to 12. The full prices for those tickets are R180, R330, R570 and R100. Picnic baskets are welcome but food can be bought from vendors on the evening. Tickets include a back rest. The event is weather permitting, but wind and light drizzle will not stop the evening. Book at Computicket. Email marike.vanwyk@sabmr.co.za for more information.
