On Monday September 13, we had a massive burst pipe in Trenance Road, Ottery, and the water was running like a flooded river and could have caused road damage or large dangerous potholes.
I contacted councillor William Akim of Ward 66 and the City waterworks, on WhatsApp and email, and, within minutes, both were on the scene.
Thank you, councillor, for caring. Your response was phenomenal and in line of that rare creed of service par excellence.
