The Springbok Women’s side tasted sweet revenge when they beat New Zealand’s Black Ferns 41-24, after leading 24-12 at half-time, in their second friendly encounter at Athlone Stadium on Saturday. The Bok Women levelled the two-match series 1-all, after going down 34-26 in the first encounter, at the same venue, the previous week.
