KUZOSHUBA kwabangena ngenkani ezindlini zomxhaso ezisuke zakhiwe wuhulumeni njengoba uNgqongqoshe wezokuHlaliswa kwaBantu kuzwelonke, uNksz Mmamoloko Kubayi, ethi bazothathelwa izinyathelo zomthetho abadla izindlu zomxhaso.
“Sithatha izinyathelo ezinqala kulabo abaphula umthetho ngokuthi bangene ezindlini ezisuke zakhelwe abanye abantu. Sithole ukuthi abanikazi bezindlu ezakhiwe wuhulumeni bahlala kabuhlungu noma izindlu zabo seziqediwe. Siyacela abadla izindlu ukuthi basiphumele kuzona ngoba sizosebenzisa umthetho ukuqondisa isimo,” kusho uNksz Kubayi.
Uthe bazosiqinisa isandla nakosonkontileka abangaziqedi ngesikhathi izindlu zomxhaso ngoba behlose ukudla imali kahulumeni.
“Uhulumeni uselahlekelwe yizigidi ngenxa yosonkontileka abangawuqedi ngesikhathi umsebenzi. Sisuke sihlele ukusebenzisa izigidi ezithile ukwakhela abantu izindlu. Uma umsebenzi usudlula leyo mali esisuke siyibekile kusidalela izinkinga ngoba abantu basuke bezilindile izindlu. Siyabacela osonkontileka ukuba baqede umsebenzi ngesikhathi esibekiwe nalabo abasuke besebenza ngaphansi kwabo njengosonkontileka abancane, sicela benze umsebenzi. Kufanele nginikeze abantu bakithi izindlu eziphelile,” kusho uNksz Kubayi.
Uchaze osonkontileka abangawuqedi umsebenzi njengabantu abaphazamisa izinhlelo zikahulumeni zokunika abantu izindlu.
Uthe abangawuqedi umsebenzi bazothathelwa izinyathelo, ngeke balokhu benikwa imali yokuthi baqedele ngoba leyo mali ngeyabakhokhi bentela abasuke befuna ukusiza uhulumeni ekuthuthukiseni izwe.
