Mayor’s Civic Pride Award for Grassdale High

Ward councillor Donovan Nelson handed over the Mayor's Civic Pride Award for 2023 to Grassdale High School, in Lotus River, on November 22. Mr Nelson said this, “prestigious accolade recognises the outstanding efforts and commitment of Grassdale High towards fostering civic responsibility and community development. In accepting the Mayor's Civic Pride Award, Grassdale High is acknowledged not only for their outstanding achievements but also for their role in shaping responsible citizens of tomorrow. By instilling values of community service and civic responsibility, Grassdale High sets a commendable standard for other educational institutions to emulate,” said Mr Nelson.
