The annual Southern Mail Wynberg Family Festival kicked off with great fun and excitement at Maynardville Park on Friday March 1.
Although it was quite a windy weekend, thousands of people made their way to Wynberg to enjoy live music, carnival rides, delicious food and much more until Sunday March 3.
Crowds sang along, danced and enjoyed performances from the stellar line-up of local artists, including Jarrad Rickketts, Amy Jones, Mark Haze, Sons of Salessie, Berry Trytsman and DJ Ashton Parenzee, DJ Portia, among others.
Kauthar, Azraa, Naalah and Khaheera Ebrahim from Hout Bay looked cute and colourful at the festival.Imad Rosier from Athlone tried his hand at paintball shooting at the kiosk with Sakia Sirbone.Retreat residents Grant Solomon with his mother Dawn and Jacob Bebe take a break after all the excitement.
