Arrests were made for charges including murder, rape, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH), common assault, malicious damage to property, domestic violence, theft, burglary, pointing of a firearm, crimen injuria, intimidation, and possession of tik.
He said that similar operations will continue throughout Women’s Month, with female officers leading the charge in rooting out criminal elements.
“The provincial management of the Western Cape praised the female officers for their zeal and commitment to creating safer communities by arresting perpetrators of the law,” said Lieutenant Colonel Pojie.
