Police are investigating a murder after a man was stabbed to death in Ottery.
The 30-year-old man from the Freedom Park shanty town was stabbed in front of the Quick Spar, in Old Strandfontein Road, on Monday October 21, say police.
“According to the eyewitness, the deceased and the suspect got into an argument, and the suspect pulled out the knife and stabbed the victim in his chest and was declared deceased on the scene by Ottery Fire and Rescue. The suspect ran way after, and he is still at large,” said Lansdowne police spokesperson Sergeant Nkululeko Mnyaka.
