A prayer for Ottery

As shots were fired, and children be running

The screams of all parents, please run, they are coming.

The fear in their eyes, the pain in our hearts

Lord end this gang violence right from the start.

With so many questions, innocent lives daily taken

Communities ripped to pieces broken and shaken.

They come and they kill each and every day,

Rest in peace is the norm, that's all we can say.

My Father in Heaven grant mercy on us,

End this gang violence, The noises, the fuss.

Forgive them Lord Jesus, show them You care

We need You my Father this is our prayer.
