Lavender Hill’s Women of Action, a seniors organisation, collaborated with Toy Run to hand out toys and party packs to the community, at the service station on the corner of Military Road and Prince George Drive, in Lavender Hill, on Saturday December 10. “We handed out party packs and toys to 300 children,” said founder of WOA Michele Arendse. She said this initiative was part of their year end contribution to the community.
