I want to express deep appreciation for a City official I have recently dealt with in Sub-council 18 but more specifically Ward 66.
Every issue the community sends me, I pass on to the councillor, Kevin Southgate, and, whether by WhatsApp or email, he responds in a positive way and gets service delivery executed.
