Runners from the Tatler catchment area and surrounding communities were among the more than 5 000 runners who took part in Sunday’s 48th edition of the annual Bay to Bay race, from Camps Bay to Hout Bay and back. The men's race was won by Langa's Edward Jack in 1hr35min19sec. In the women's race, Two Oceans and Comrades record holder, Gerda Steyn, crossed the finish line first in 1hr49min53sec.
Pinelands' Lesego Malele was also among the thousands who took part in Sunday's Bay to Bay road race.
