A few days ago, rumours were flying that controversial YouTuber Musa Khawula had taken a permanent trip to the afterlife. But turns out he is very much alive and well … in a correctional facility, serving a sentence.
Correctional services spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo, confirmed the tea to “Tshisa Live“ saying, "Musa Khawula is alive and well in our correctional facility."
Of course, Somizi Mhlongo, who’s no stranger to Khawula's trolling, couldn’t resist the chance to add his own spice.
He hit him up with a cheeky Instagram post: "When he hears that he’s died. Ps: I’m not believing until he himself announces that he has died or if I go to the funeral lol.” We see you, Somizi, serving up laughs with a side of shade!
Just when we thought the drama had simmered, another account popped up on 22 August claiming to be thee Musa. But the internet detectives weren’t fooled, with most calling the account fake.
The real or fake Khawula (who knows at this point) wasn’t done stirring the pot, throwing shade at Mhlongo: “Somizi Mhlongo who failed in his marriage is currently celebrating rumours because he is no longer relevant.” Yhu, the claws are out!

The former “Idols SA” judge clapped back with his signature sass.

But it didn’t end there, the fake account replied with: “I’m failing in life like you failed in your marriage ke sana.”
