Tramway Football Club, in Southfield, has members from all over the Cape Flats including children from Parkwood, Grassy Park, Retreat, Steenberg, Lavender Hill, Capricorn. A number of organisations held awareness programmes on Friday June 6, to highlight the National Child Protection Week which is commemorated from May 29 to June 6 in South Africa. The aim of the annual campaign is to raise awareness of the rights of children.
