Sewende Laan actor Vian Singleton, 16, who plays the character Thomas, came to Cape Town from Johannesburg, to motivate the children of New Horizon, on Saturday October 8.
Actor Bradley Williams, who works in the community, invited Vian to share his experience and to encourage the children to “grab opportunities and to look for their own motivation to grow personally.” Vian, accompanied by his dad Anthony Singleton, also encouraged the parents to “stay visible in their kids’ lives for that extra support and to protect the kids.”
